I'm Laura Dixon.
I’m a visual and performance artist with a love for curiosity and creativity. I created In The Wild Studio in 2020 to build a business centered around exploring my creativity and sharing it with the world. I started with photography but realized that my passion is too big to fit into one style of art!
I am located in Guntersville, AL but I love traveling and exploring new locations. I knew I wanted to be an artist as a kid and continued to nurture that love throughout my life including earning a degree in Photography and Art History at the University of Montevallo. My favorite part of my job is exploring all different kinds of art and being able to collaborate and share my passion for creativity.
I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, getting out in nature, and going to see live music (especially bluegrass). My favorite color is green.
